Hi,
Studying a foreign language full time can be an excellent career option.
You may consider picking Spanish, Japanese, German, Chinese, Portuguese or French whichever interests you since each offers similar career.

First of all hotel management is a specialisation. In this specific specialisation, you have to start from the beginning during your training (internship) which you may dislike (waiter) there is a lot of physical work in the beginning but it is to be noted that as you will progress or gain some experience your workload would minimize and once you will become a manager then you have to manage the organisation like any other company.

Doing MBA or MS or even PGDM from Canada will have value and your work experience may land you into a job, right after your studies, so MBA in international business or strategic management would be your best choice and Canada is the best place for MBA than India right now and even PGDM from Canada has value and you can consider Masters in international business too, but MBA is better than Master's degree. Dropping out of the college is not the solution as you must complete your graduation irrespective of whether you are good or not in the programming languages.
