You have lot of career options in India as well as in abroad in engineering because you can go in any field of engineering according to your interest and scored marks such as computer science, mechanical engineering, etc.
You can complete your studies with better college and can have a desired job also.

Hi Neel,
You should begin by checking university specific entry requirements on university websites. You should be holding a Bachelor's degree in computing science or engineering preferably of four years and with very good grades. Programming experience is also required. You must also take the IELTS or TOEFL.

Hi Pratik, SAT is the admission test required to study in USA ,it is not for getting jobs ,you have to be more specific with your question.

If you are interested to study more in this field then you can go for higher studies. You have the option to purse M.Tech after B.Tech. Master of Technology (M.Tech) is the advancement in this field through which you are particularly specialized in one area. Some candidates also choose MBA after B.Tech. One can also opt teaching field and become professor after M.Tech.
Candidates can also pursue higher studies along with job. They can pursue courses in distance mode as many Universities in India offers distance education. It will not adds value to your academic qualification but also helps you to secure good position in an organization.
