B.Sc in CS focuses mainly on the mathematical and theoretical foundations of the computing process and help students to become systems developers, but mathematics taught in B.Sc is not complex and students can easily understand it by attending classes and putting extra effort. Your JEE Mains score is really bad compared to class 12th. Have you given any other entrance exam? Some private colleges do offer admission based on class 12th marks, if it is above 80%. You you're your chance here.
