In bachelors degree, you may consider these options:
BBA-finance, marketing or international business
Bachelor in investment and financial analysis
Economics honors
Then, you can pursue MBA from top B School with your CAT, MAT or GMAT score.
Even you can add CFA certification in your resume to reach your target.

MCA is a sufficient qualification to start career as an IT professional (Developer or Tester). However, if you want to study more, you can do M.Tech CS by appearing for GATE. If you do not want to study further and not getting a job, then you may do short-term IT courses to obtain industry recognised certifications.

You are in the field of computer science engineering which is totally a technical field. So don't be afraid if you have low academic background because mostly top level companies do not consider your percentage and the minimum criteria for most top MNC is 50%. So you are eligible to take part in their recruitment event. But here we are talking about your career option so if you are good in a programming language like C+, Java, Dot Net or any other technical skill that you have very good grip on this, so you can apply in the development field.

You have not mentioned the spicialisation subject of MBA.
Dietitians are professionals who use the Science of managing nutrition to promote a healthy life. In order to become dietitian you have to take up either B.Sc Nutrition or B.E in Food Technology. You have to write the entrance test for getting admission for these courses
Since you have already completed graduation and Masters, I would suggest you to opt for some short term diploma course programs.
