MSW, Master of Social Work is Post Graduate Degree in the social work. It is also known as Master of Arts in Social Work (M.A.S.W). It is 2-year course for gradates in social work or related field, united under UGC. The programs aims for those who are working or desired to work for society, especially in the welfare and development of children, old age people and with the NGOs. The course mainly focused on the field work or internship, where the students have to work with the different old-age homes, children homes or undertakes socially relevant projects. The eligibility criteria for MSW:
The minimum eligibility for applying MSW is graduation from the reputed institutes. Students from other discipline like social work, social science, humanities, sociology or other related subjects and commerce or management etc. are eligible. Students appearing for the final year examination can also apply. Some universities suggest 60% in the qualifying exam; it is subjected to the university/institution applying for. The selection process is depending upon the Entrance test and the followed by personal interview along with group discussion.
Admission procedure for MSW:
Most colleges and university starts their academic year from June or July for MSW. Hence the admission process starts from September or November of the previous year. Students hoping for MSW can get the application form from the respective institution or university. The eligible candidates get a call for entrance examination at the desired center. The selection process totally based upon the entrance exam. The qualified candidates then get an opportunity to attend the group discussion conducted by the institution. The well performed candidates then have to meet the interview panel. Interview mainly assesses the student's real interest towards social work.

A degree or a certificate course in bakery and confectionery programs or a degree in hotel management serves as the best route for progression in this profession. Most bakers enter the baking profession by working as apprentices or on-the-job trainee at commercial bakeries, patisseries or supermarkets under the wing of an experienced baker.
This will always help for gaining exposure in baking profession and one can progress into a full-fledged baker as soon as they learn food handling and baking techniques.
Bakers are usually classified into three types:
1. Plant bakers: Plant bakers manufacture large quantities of baked goods using machinery such as mixers and ovens. They produce baked goods for shops, supermarkets and other large customers.
2. In-store bakers: In store bakers work in a retail store and produce bread and baked goods using automated machinery. They are also likely to be trained in baking craft skills.
3. Craft bakers: A craft baker may specialize in a certain type of bread or baking process. Craft baker creates a smaller amount of products for consumers. They do much of the work by hand. They are usually employed by a small-scale, independent bakery or a restaurant kitchen.
Within the baking industry, there are different career paths and environments. A baker can specialize in the culinary area of their interest and can become a:
1. Bread chef.
2. Cake stylists.
3. Patisserie / Dessert specialist.
4. Artisan bread specialist.
5. Confectionery baker.
6. Institutional and cafeteria baker, etc.
