Yes, Canada is very good place if you want to make your career in aviation but only for commercial pilot training. There are lots of good flying schools as well.

It is good to become a lecturer. It will be much better, if one can become a government Lecturer, getting UGC scale, from the beginning. You can improve yourself intellectually and at the same time, you can enjoy the company of young people.

Yes, you can opt for computer science engineering after 12th and look for a career as a software engineer. After 12th, you must give a hard try to get into IITs/NITs. CSE from IITs and NITs will be a good strive forward to become a software engineer.
