You do not get any special treatment or weightage by doing MBA in distance mode or by doing from institute other than top 50. You need to search job on your own and need to prove your caliber.

BBA in HR and BA are two good options in which psychology is a major subject. You can also refer to self-help books by great authors who would fetch for you the in-depth details of mind training.

The career prospects are very good and interesting roles like media planning, account management and planning, strategy, advertising, campaigning and brand management for clients are offered. However, the salary packages offered are as low compared to other sectors. You should get admission in MICA, Ahmedabad after qualifying MICAT exam for best media management roles. KJ Somaiya and SIMC are the two alternatives as well. Both CAT and SNAP scores are required for the respective colleges.

You can opt for any course of your liking. Even a student who opted for PCM can also become a designer.
All the best.

Yes, you are eligible as any graduate can apply for civil services exam. There is no percentage barrier. People with just pass grades also cleared civil services exam. You need to take the civil services exam conducted by UPSC and secure a rank within top 150 candidates if you want to opt for IPS. Dreaming is good, but to convert your dream into reality, you really need to put a lot of hard work, dedication, perseverance. You need to study a lot. You should be an all-rounder in all the subjects, so focus plan and do hard work.

According to me, you should opt for the improvement. I understand it will put another year of your career at stake, but it will be good for you. Though you might get admission in an engineering college and will surely score good marks, but it will create a big trouble at the time of placements.
Most of the companies demand a minimum of 65 percent in class 12th. If you take admission with your current percentage, you won't be eligible for quite a number of job interviews. Therefore, you should opt for the improvement exam.

Yes, you can make your career in the animation field. It's a niche area in India, but do have a great career scope. As you have the experience in the IT field it will be easier for you to grasp the technologies, functionalities and programming used in the animation. Currently, India is outsourcing animators from well-developed countries. Hence, we have numerous opportunities to grow in the future.
