Hi,
Following is the process of becoming IAS officer:
(a) You can appear for the Civil Services Examination conducted by UPSC. Any graduate is eligible to appear for civil services examination. The topper of examination becomes IAS. It is the most competitive exam and requires academic brilliance to become IAS.
(b) You can appear for PSC examination conducted by various State Public Services Commission. Any graduate is eligible to appear for PSC Examination. PSC officers are eligible to become IAS after few years of experience and promotions.

Yes, you can get a good B-School for MBA. You just need to clear the GD/PI or WAT/ PI, whichever is the selection process of that college after getting call for the same.
