As you are in the first year of engineering, I want to give you some tips.
Now don't neglect your first 5 semesters because the marks obtained in 5 semesters will decide your overall CGPA. To become a collector you have to become an IAS by clearing the civil services exam conducted by UPSC.
In the third year of your B.Tech, if you have a very good CGPA, then you can start reading Polity by Lakshmikanth book, it's about Indian constitution then slowly increase your level of preparation. The success rate for IAS is very low. If you neglect your engineering and if you don't get IAS, then your career will be in risk.

In my opinion, you should appear for JEE mains and advance. So, you will be able to complete your automobile field from any prestigious IIT.

You can opt for sanitary inspector course.

You need to pursue 3 years Diploma or degree course from an institute approved by AICTE.

You should opt for M.Tech in industrial engineering.

You need to pursue 3 years Diploma or degree course from an AICTE approved institute.

You need to pursue D.Pharm course. As far as experience is concerned, it depends on the requirement of the job.

You need to pursue Diploma or degree course in entrepreneurship. You need to have the thorough knowledge of this field.

You can opt for the integrated course of five years or complete your graduation, and pursue 3 years LLB course.

You should concentrate on chemistry. Focus on this subject and you can work as a chemist in a laboratory.
