You can do B.Sc and look for aviation training, if interested. It costs around Rs.60 lakhs in India to get commercial pilot license. You can also write CDSE exam to join military. You can also try NDA after class 12th.

Army officers are posted in Indian embassies in foreign countries as military attaches. Some vacancies are also there for higher education/ courses. Finally, to go on a vacation, one needs permission from Ministry of Defence.
