Both are good for you. If you want to study more then you should go for CA, CS or ACCA courses. Otherwise, you can pursue MBA. You can opt MBA in finance and go for investment banking .

If you want to pursue physics then you should pursue B.Sc (Hons) in physics instead of B.Tech. After completing your Bachelor's degree in physics you will be eligible for IAS too.

Both are totally different streams. BCA is an IT based professional course and BBA is a management based professional course. Now, if you want to do MBA, BBA is the best way for you because MBA is also a vast management course.

No, if you have not had PCM subjects in XIIth, you cannot seek admission in engineering college Fahad. I suggest you opt for BDA or B.pharma now.
