degree in engineering means 4 years course of graduation whereas diploma means direct admission to 2nd year and it is a shortcut course of 3 years.

Sakib, you need to clear XIIth with PCM subjects and good percentage. Then appear for the relevant engineering college exams, stand in some merit so that you can opt for IT branch in a reputed college.
