A university will never guarantee a job Abhishek. These universities you mentioned are pretty well known for its undergraduate business studies and you will have enough exposure. You must ensure your own academic performance, communication skills and a good performance during your internship. Keep your head strong and you will do well.

dear Aditya ,
it looks you are little bit confused . see first you should understand that what you want to do , in which you are interested don't look others what they are doing . if you wana become a C.A ,c.s ,banking go for commerce . . . if a civil exam, etc go for arts. . . . so on.
these three are like east - west and north . so choose the one where you wish to go.although various courses like management , designing , hospitality etc doses not need any type of subjective graduation.

You have three options after B.Tech : (a) Job. if you able to pick a good job in campus placement then it is the best option before you take further studies. (b) M.Tech in chosen specialisation if you are technically inclined. (c) MBA if you are not technically inclined. You can also evaluate becoming an enterprenur.
