Hello Chayan
There are lots of flying schools in India , I suggest you to choose the one which have new and more aircrafts for training so that you can complete your training on time.
Second you have to see about the ground classes.
The main difference between Govt and private flying clubs are you can complete your training sooner in private flying clubs then in government ones.
Private flying clubs are expensive then government ones.

You have following options :
(a) M.Tech in area of your interest if you are technically inclined.
(b) MBA from a reputed Business School if you want to make career as a generalist or manager.
(c) Certifications relivabt to your branch of engineering.
(d) You can work and gain few years experience before going for MBA. This option will give you maximum career benifits.

You are eligible to do BA (Hons) in subject of your choice. You can also do BBA, Hotel Management, Fashion Design and Integrated five year law degree. You are eligible to appear for NDA examination conducted by UPSC twice a year for Commission in Indian Army non technical corps. If you have Maths in 12th you are eligible for BCA. You can chose any based on your interests to excel in the field of your choice.

You are advised to evaluate B.Tech CS/IT, B.Sc IT or BCA degree to become an Application Developer. If you do not want to study for degree course, you can do short courses on computer languages. But with this option you will face challenges in getting a job.

MBA is definitely the best option after BMS. If you are not planning to MBA then you may evaluate Banking & Insurance certification or SAP certification or IIBA certification etc

I suggest you to complete your 12th with any subject which you feel easier for you to pass from NIOS because it will help you to take admission in good Hotel Management colleges. After 12th you can take admission and start your career as a great cook.
