Dear Asif,
Philippines, Russia, Georgia etc. are good options to study MBBS abroad.
You can find good universities in all who offer english medium of education.
For Philippines it is important to know that after 12th you first get enrolled for BS (Bachelor's in Science) program which is of 1 to 1.5 years. After this you need to clear an entrance exam NMAT with minimum 40% to get enrolled for MD (Doctor of Medicine), which is equivalent to MBBS in India.
For more information, you can write back or visit www.mbbsabroadinfo.com
All the Best!

IT is slowly losing its charm and to get job in it for non CS or IT graduates is difficult. It will be difficult to have life time job in IT industry. Therefore, I am of the opinion that EI engineering graduates must look for core engingeering jobs.
