CS is a very vast and popular branch therefore, there are many career opportunities for students of CS. One can go for Programming, Designing, Networking etc some people believe that CS is only about programming so they can't do anything afterwards. But it is a myth apart from programming one can go for designing, networking, database administration etc. Good universities like CV Raman, Anna University, Lovely Professional University prepare their students in programming, designing, networking etc.

IAS officers job is very demanding but very satisfying. It is one job where you can contibue into life of citizens directly by participating in public services related policy formulation and it's implementation. Given a choice, I will always prefer IAS over CA job.

Since you have already completed PG and want to settle your life in the field of accountancy, you can always go for learning of some professional softwares which are quite typical. If you are able to master it you can surely pursue a respectful career.
