Officer like Qualities (OLQs) are qualities that a candidate must have to get commission in Armed Forces. During SSB candidates are evaluated on following OLQs: Effective Intelligence, Reasoning Ability, Power of Expression, Self Confidence, Determination, Organizing Ability, Initiative, Courage, Cooperation, Sense of Responsibility, Stamina, Group Influencing Ability, Liveliness, Social Adaptability and Speed of Decision. Some of the OLQs qualities can be gained with our day to day experiences and learning. You can develop these qualities by participating in sports and extracurricular activities, working with NGOs on community initiatives, student forums in school and colleges etc. If you participate in some young leadership programs, it may help you to develop some of the qualities.

In India too, despite its late entry, the industry is on the path of expansion and ready to experience a prolonged period of boom. What is more exciting is the fact that this industry would give employment to thousands of prospective 2-D and 3-D animators every year. This boom is further going to be fuelled by the outsourcing of animation project work by Disney and other animation giants to India.
Animation is one of the fastest growing career options in our country these days. There are very few institutes like LPU, GNA, VIT etc that offer this course at present. The starting pay package can be in a range or Rs.10,000 to Rs.15,000/ month which goes up with experience.
