If not interested in m.sc you may either go for mba in rural management or PGP from IIMs as per your further interests. Companies like ITC, Monsanto, Cargill etc recruit for commercial farming.

To become a bank manager you need to be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
You should have pursued professional courses like CA, MBA, ICWAI
-To become a Bank Manager, one has to complete Graduation and appear for P.O.(Probationary Officer) exam generally conducted by SBI and IBPS(Institute of Banking Personal Selection).
-A P.O. of a bank after gaining experience become Manager of the Bank.
