B.Sc (Botany) will be more helpful as it would be useful to select as an optional for the IAS Exam (Mains).it would be also helpful to choose your career as a teacher/lecturer in that subject. .

Dear Shreyans,
If you want to see your career into research specially in genetic part than you should go for msc degree and than M.tech degree or Phd for the further research.
Mba won't help you in research part that deals into management level jobs.

MBA in Healthcare for Mechanical Engineer is a good option if graduate is planning to shift career totally. You may not use ( or very limited) your basic education in new profession.
