UPSC organise exams for IPS. No matter what stream is your, crack UPSC exam n be an IPS. Start your prep. read national daily. watch news channels especially DD news. cut and paste important info n news. Magazines like india today and pratiyogita darpan are also useful.

Ya u can prepare.But at home u need to study every aspect u must have to refer various books etc.and I guarantee u if u prepare in this way it will take minimum 2 years to complete ur portion.But coaching institutions will make things easy for u.They know on which topic we must stress and they will guide u.
And coming to essay writing - let us think that u prepared very hard and practised writing many essays.But who will correct ur essays how will u know ur mistakes.SO I SUGGEST U TO TAKE COACHING FROM ANY EXPERIENCED INSTITUTES.

You can pursue a course that teach you right from very basic to the advance on app development. But you will need to choose whether you wan to do Android, iOS or cross platform app development.

The options are unlimited, as you have done your class 12 with science. With the combination of biology, physics and chemistry you can take up medicine, dentistry, Pharmacy, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology, Microbiology). Hi Priti,
All students from the ICSE/CBSE and state board are eligible for writing the IIT/JEE and All India entrance examination for engineering /MBBS and dental provided they have the subject combination necessary for attempting these exams i.e, Physics, Chemistry, Maths for Engineering and Physics, Chemistry and Biology for MBBS/BDS.
Moreover, both the boards are good at their respective levels. Hence, the ball lies on your court.
