Of course you are eligible for a job but it's hard to say how much money you can earn because salary depends upon many factors i.e. Job Profile, Location, Category of company, Academic percentage, Experience etc.
Since you are a fresher, I presume you first salary would come in between 15K-25K.

DBA always has been a good career choice but people generally don't come to DBA.
If you are a SQL guy then I would suggest go for Oracle too. If both the answer yes then you may think about BI.

No, koi problem nahi hogi. Agar aapne preparation start nahi kia hai to start kijiye fir aap khud janoge ki BA ya Bsc hone na hone ka IAS preparation se zada koi lena dena nahi hai. Kyu ki aap jab preparation shuru karoge to aapko ek naye sire se chizo ko padhna hoga samajhna hoga.

Age requirement for Civil Services (IAS/IPS/Allied Services) conducted by UPSC is 32 years for general category candidates with a maximum of 6 attempts. The upper age limit is relax-able by 5 years for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe candidates, by 3 years for candidates of OBC and by various periods for certain other categories. Widows and legally separated women falls in special category.
