You can apply for NDA exam which is after your 12th. It will have maths paper based on 12th maths so be prepared. results will take some time like 2 to 4 months.

The trend today is to update yourself as per tge work need. You may even pursue Post grad from open universities. Digital marketing is excellent option if you are planning to match it with your current job. Many of the international universities offer courses in social media marketing/ digital marketing. Take a look at coursera.org or MOOC open courseware.
