It is not compulsory to have computer at +2 to become a engineer. It is a desirable course at +2 level. Once you join engineering, you will have few papers on basics of computer as part of syllabus in I and II year of engineering to make you skillful to effectively use computer in engineering profession.

Hi Varun
Engineering both in civil and mechanical are good options and combined with an mba are tried and tested path of good pay package and success too. While B.Sc +M.Sc + P.Hd is more relevant for research and education jobs. Apart from these, you can go for NDA/IAS/ banking/ IFS etc.
Decide on the basis of your interest, skills and personality.
