Frankly, you will hardly find opportunities in India. Scope is much higher abroad. To kick start your career as a scuba diver you must acquire an entry level certification. PADI Divemaster and PADI Instructor are the two most important professional certifications in this regard. I am pretty sure you are aware of it. Visit the PADI website for courses and certifications etc. Job opportunities may range from underwater photography, construction works in submerged structures, research, instruction, exploration and also commercials. Though the eligibility requirement does not require mathematics, it is assumed that the student is highly proficient in Mathematics. Nevertheless, if you can crack the ACET exam, you are good to go. Hope this helps.

To become a drug inspector you must have a degree in pharmacy or pharmaceutical sciences or medicine with specialisation in clinical pharmacology or microbiology from a recognized university. Selection is through UPSC or state PSC.
You should also have minimum 3years of relevant work experience in manufacturing sector of pharma product to compete in the exam.

Dear Pranav, You may go to either countries as both are the places for your courses. If you are looking at Los Angeles or New York you would have more options to choose from in USA than in Canada. Both the counytries would be value for money & as Canadian dollar is almost 19 rupees lesser, I am sure would be a little more cost effective than USA.
