Yes the courses are authentic and valid.
Asian College of Teachers provides an authentic route to earn a teaching qualification through Assessment only Route which makes way for those working teachers who have considerable experience of teaching in schools but do not possess a formal teaching qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

To become an IAS, you need to give UPSC CSAT exam. After you clear this exam you will be required to give Mains. Based on your performance in Mains you will be called for interview round . Based on combined score of CSAT, Mains and interview final result is prepared and different departments are allocated which comprises of viz. IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS, and few others. Allocation of departments are done in order of choices filled in by candidate at time of application process.
Therefore, complete your graduation and prepare for UPSC examination.
