Dear ravi
I would like to add .You pursued ITI.get a job on that basis.now you have one option that is take lateral entry into diploma in engineering. This can be done either appearing for entrance exam or part time. Part time diploma are for those working persons who cant go college ay day time. Normally all districts have such one polytechnique which offer part time diploma. It will be as equivalent to ur regular course. You will attain college normally after 3 pm. But the duration of the course will be 4 years not 3 years and after this diploma you can take lateral entry into BE. Like this you will be earning and learning.

you should start preparing for UPSC exams. For this you have two option:
a) go for any bachelor degree and start preparing for UPSC exams.
b) enroll your self in any professional course like CA, CS, integrated law and many more.
after enrolling you can start preparing for UPSC exams in your final year of professional course.
the benefits you will get by doing professional course is if by any chance you are not able to crack UPSC exams then you have a back up plan I.e; professional course.
integrated law will help you in cracking UPSC exams.
