Dear Biswajeet40659,
A gap in your academic or professional career would not stop you from getting in an IIM, provided you excel on other parameters such CAT score, Personal Interview, WAT etc. Significant extra curriculars and community service also might help you in adding value to your profile.
Hope it helps, all the best!
Thanks

You can't immediately jump into the IT sector after class 12th. For getting a job in any of the IT firms you need to have the relevant qualifications and for that being a graduate in the science stream is a must. Also you can update your knowledge and skill set on the sides by taking up courses both in institutes or online courses as well. It's a highly competitive sector so you should constantly upgrade your learning. Think more about why do you want to join IT firms and do you have the aptitude for it?

Hi Ziya,
I would suggest you to pursue B.Tech in civil engineering and once completed you should work for 2-3 years in construction companies gain relevant work experience and then opt for MBA in infrastructure or construction management.
In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be GRADUATE in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
The final selection in MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:

Hi Ashwini,
They get loads of resumes, for that glamorous job.One way to stand out from that crowd of resumes is send in a DVD of how you would actually look in their travel show. Pick up a camera ask a friend to record while you stand in your favorite travel spot and genuinely share that experience with camera. You would also get a realistic sense while reviewing your DVD, of your areas of improvement and your winning points. Some other important recommendations at this link http://simontownsendjournalism.com
I hope it helps. Please feel free to revert.
Wish you luck.

Hi Rahul,
There are well known institutes in India offering courses in Ethical Hacking. You may refer the link below and further refine the search as per your location preference. Individual institutions hold their own entrance exams in hacking.

Hi Bedapta,
There is no reason why you can't be an air hostess. As long as you are qualified and have the skills and also as long as the scars don't prohibit you from doing our job superbly there is nothing to prohibit you. If it is a small scare there are make up tricks you can follow. I will suggest you to network with cabin crews for some advice. Hope it helps and best wishes for your career.
