Dear Srivalli,
You should go for MCA and than M.tech if you are keen towards IT support but if you have interest more into management than go for MBA after MCA.
Along with BCA, I recommend you should start any foreign language(like French, Spanish, German, Japanese) that will give you good jump in IT PROJECT or if you were into management level, it will help you to deal with foreign delegation.

Dear Adarsh,
Which course and college do you want to join? Accordingly, you can set your goal for 12th percentage. According to me, you have to set your target on as higher as 90-95%.

Yes it is possible that other than banks you may also get placed in credit rating agency like ICRA, or auditing and advisory like KPMG, Deloitte or even in software like TCS, Wipro or in payment systems like in NPCI.

There are so many options available for you after 10+2 from commerce. You can opt for courses like BBA, B.Com etc. Basically, it depends upon your area of interest in which stream you want to move. Otherwise if you are looking for course in any other field then also there are so many options available like:

There are huge opportunities in this space. Look at the areas where India faces a problem, some of which I will list below:
1. Making our students employable - many of our educational institutions provide education which unfortunately has not been designed to the needs of the industry that provides those jobs.
