Management programs are not exactly in programming but you can get into position with a job profile managing IT but for that, you have to get your MBA from an institute that ranks in top 100 B-Schools in India.

Along with psychology, history is a better option to attempt in civil. Because it works two way, one as a subject and second, it supports GK to score in civil examinations.

At this stage, I would strongly recommend you to do your post-graduation in MCA as alone B.SC (IT) won't let you go far in your career as per current market stats. When you complete your MCA, you will be considered as professional and this will open doors of opportunities. And yes, doing certifications only add skills. But being professional is very important.
I hope it helps.

Dear Bhawani Singh,
As we are aware that BA is a basic degree in graduation level and this qualification is not enough for your career. So, you should apply for further education. You are eligible to pursue MBA/ MA. As per my view you should apply for MBA, if you want to grow and to get maximum opportunity in your career.

Good morning Sanjeev,
Wow, that's really great to know you that you are following your dream.
You can further do MBA or PGDM from institutes of mass communication or try forwarding your CV to other big news channels. But before approaching them you need to sharpen your skills. So, it will be better to join a B-school which would help you to enhance your skills.
All the best.
