If you are from Mumbai, you may opt M.Com E commerce which is a mixed role of IT and commerce. you may initially work in accounts and finance for 2-3 years and then you may learn SAP FICO, once you complete SAP certification, you may get employment as a SAP consultant whose major role will be implementing and customising SAP for Finance module.
If you have studied mathematics at 10+2 level, you may go for MCA, but that may not help a lot in IT job unless you do it from a very reputed institute,
You can study abroad only if your degree is of 4 years duration. Otherwise, you have to study M.Com from here and you can apply.
Your question is very basic- What should I do? Rather, you should ask yourself- what is your passion, what you really want to do. There can be two theories such as passion and job to be kept separate and should go parallel or both should be combined. Well, it depends. if you have enough time and patience to wait very long, then you should pursue your passion. There is always difference between a passion, aptitude and like. I may like song a lot, even I may like to sing, but singing is not my passion so I am an extremely bad singer. Decide about it.
Id you are more focussed on getting job and money instantly, so the earning right now, you should focus on what you really like- accounting, BPO, selling, something else and start making your career in that particular field. You may take help of of a good counsellor and a person doing psychometric test such as career aptitude test. There is opportunity for everyone who wants to grab it.

Hi Omkar, first I will advise you to be cool and relax. You need not stressed thinking about MCA or MBA. There are many courses you can choose to do. Since you are in 3rd year now first you should focus on getting excellent result in semesters so that you can increase your chances to apply in good colleges and universities. Do you like animation ?. If you have interest in drawing, painting, doing something creative then you can do animation course. But, the most important thing after your BSc ( IT ) should be that you start working and become independent and confident. While working you will realize your potential and skills which will help you in giving clarity about your future and career. Also, if you still have confusion then start teaching in a coaching institute in a subject of your choice in your free time. It will help you in keeping momentum with the changing trends.
