Dear Deepayan,
I hate to break it to you, but in the publishing world, a reader is the one who pays to read a book - that is something you can 'become' anytime you choose, all you have to do is buy a book. On the other hand, if by 'reader', you meant 'proofreader', you need to begin by using your punctuation correctly and spell your words like they were originally meant to be spelled. With your current level of mastery of the written word, I would advise you to choose a different career.
- Best,
Aanand
