If you are interested in computer side then you can pursue for computer engineering , but you have to maintain good academic record in your engineering degree if your percentage is low even in engineering then it is very difficult to get good job job , no-doubt your 12th percentage create some problem in getting job but if you maintain your academic record in degree then it will help you

To get into IT industry, I may suggest you to pick M.C.A. Go for regular study if you have studied Maths in class XII.
Without Maths, you can opt the following ways-
1. Pick Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications which will make you eligible for 2nd year M.C.A through lateral entry and simultaneously pursue DOEACC A Level.
2. Distance M.C.A with I.G.N.O.U as it allows you to clear Maths exam and then proceed with the master program.

Collecting degree is not enough u must have practically sound also. First of all i would like to suggest u that whatever u r doing do it thoroughly. Clear ur fundamental concepts. It should not be like that making second floor without any foundations. Industry requires Technically sound professionals not the theoretical persons.
