As you have mentioned you are in more management domain that shows you are inclined towards MBA. In to day's job market criteria MBA will not fetch you a career to start with. Masters in your own technical field will make you more employable as you will be specializing on core subjects and more exposed to latest technology available on that field. This will pave the way for a carer option.
