You do not need a degree to do CPL ( commercial Pilot License ) abroad. You need 12th standard with Maths and Physics. In general you can complete CPL within a year in US or Australia or New Zealand. In general, it will cost you about 20 to 30 lakhs range to complete CPL. Make sure you get atleast 200 hours of flying to qualify for DGCA ( Director General of Civil Aviation) requirement to convert your overseas License to a Indian one if you intend to fly in India. I have assisted over 20 plus students to do CPL and it needs a basic intelligence, decent language skills plus money apart from lots of Self motivation to make it. All the best.

Salaries after MCA-
Government Organizations: The salary varies from to company to company, but on an average MCA graduates are paid from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 65,000 depending up on the talent, skill and performance of the graduates in test and interviews conducted by the government authorities.
Private Sector: The range of salary offered by private firms varies according to the functioning and other policies of the company. In India companies like TCS, Wipro and Infosys focus on talented MCA graduates. MCA graduates are paid up to 3.5 lakhs per annum in the private sector.
The remuneration abroad is very high for MCA graduates and some company's even pay up to Rs. 60 to Rs. 90 lakhs per annum.

Dear sree, yes this will affect your career for top MNC but there will be no problem for some Local firms to recruit you. Once you gain some 3-4 years experience then no one will pay attention to your gap.
Well you haven't mentioned whether you were doing diploma or degree in engineering.
If Diploma them I would request you to complete your diploma and then enroll directly in II year of BCA
If Degree then if possible try to complete it . If not possible then don't think about things which are out of your hand.
go for BCA, whether MNC will consider your gap or not , that should not end your career and further study. There is no end of studying.
Go for BCA if Completing engineering is not possible.
BCA then MSc (2 Years ) then MTech (You will be again on your engineering track)
