Taking up the LLB course is highly recommended to start a career in IPR. Many lawyers go for Masters in Law wherein they take IPR as their specialization. Others also prefer to go for a Diploma course in IPR Law along with other recognised IPR certifications and courses.

Consider BBA, B.Com (Hons), BA Economics, BA Psychology, Journalism, Mass Communication, BA LL.B (via CLAT/LSAT/AILET private rounds), Design (NID/NIFT/private), Liberal Arts, Hospitality, Event Management, Media & Film, Digital Marketing, UX/UI, Animation & VFX, Sports Management, Public Policy, Social Work, Data Analytics (non? calc heavy variants), and Government exams (SSC, Banking). Opt for CUET-based central/state universities or skill-first B.Voc programs that prioritise employability. Build internships + certifications (Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, Content, UI tools) early; your portfolio will outweigh your missed exams.
