Hello Abhilash,
As per your percentile, it is very difficult to get a seat at DOMS, IIT-Madras. The CAT percentile should be 94+ for IIT-Madras, but they also look at your profile.
CAT 2017 cut-off will depend upon various factors. Some of the factors determining CAT cut-off can be mentioned as follows:
Difficulty level of exam
Number of test takers
Number of candidates qualifying the exam
Number of seats
Institute repute or ranking

Hi Shwey, actually no, you can't attend any interview without the MBA entrance exam scores. So try any of the MBA entrance exams and with your score you can get apply in VIT.

I would recommend you to use Shiksha.com's call predictor, but It seems that a 99+%ile would be able to fetch you a call from IIMC. For IIM A and B, I am a bit skeptical (But it depends on your branch,) but should be possible.
