You should prepare for interview and GD. You can read newspaper regularly and make a group of CAT aspirants and start doing mock GD.

90 to 95 percentile can help you to get shortlisted in the newest IIM's, provided you have a decent profile. You need to have above 95 percentile and also a good profile to get shortlisted for GD/PI in top 7 to 10 IIMs.

You need to refer to college website as they have different criteria for different caste. And you can even check with last year cut-off

Its hard to get a call from SPJAIN unless you have 95-97%ile just to be on safer side. They look at your overall profile. Calls are mostly profile based. But still, never say never as SPJAIN is known for its unpredictable calls. All the best for future endeavors.
Your 12th marks are slightly on the lower side so to nullify that high percentile is required for sure.
