No, CAT is not mandatory for admission to PhD/FPM in IIM Lucknow. It is one of the accepted examinations. Indian Institute of Management Lucknow admit candidates to FPM course with a valid score of GATE/GRE/GMAT or JRF/SRF (UGC/CSIR/ICAR) exams.
