Both are good. If you want to work in a Technical field then do B.Tech or if you can work in any company then do BBA as it will be only 3 years conpared to 4 years B.Tech. But again when you study in B.Tech your knowledge will increase and you will have better chances of getting a good score in CAT.

Well, you really have a good curriculum background but still, you have to score well in CAT exam at least above 98 percentile to be on a safe side for IIM-A.

90+% in both 10th and 12th would be required atleast if you score 95 % in CAT exam. Your overall merit will determine your chances.

Definitely, you will get a good college. The marks you have in your graduation, 10th and 12th, the weightage of these marks is not high; it is up to 5%. But if you have scored low, then it will definitely hinder your selection process. Try to get above 90% and definitely, you will get a good college.

Good evening,
You have decent score in Graduation. For CAT you must start preparing for today itself. It's already very late, CAT exam is conducted in the month of October. You have nearly 70 days in hand. Prepare for it from last year's sample papers, Arihant Publications book and McGraw Hill that costs nearly INR 900.
Thanks and all the best.
