An overall evaluation is done for selecting candidates at IMI Kolkata. However, with 73.6 percentile in CAT, you have fair chances of converting.

Preparing for CAT, you must concentrate on Logical Reasoning, Verbal and Quantitative Analysis. All the sections are equally important. You must practice giving as much mock tests as possible. Work on the weaker portions and increase the efficiency of the stronger ones.

It's only based on how much you understand the concept and your efforts if you want to get top MBA school you have to get at least 90 persantile in CAT
and more than 600 in GMAT.

Hello Sahana,
You should go for any entrance exam because without any entrance exam, you will not be able to get a good college and there may be a possibility that you get a scholarship if the college offers the scholarship and you fit in their criteria. You can go for May MAT 2018.

Yes, you can apply for ITM. You have to go for the GD-PI rounds. Also, the parameters for judgement are based on your skills and how well you perform. Secondly, ITM considers 40% of your entrance exams i.e. CAT, MAT, CMAT, etc., and the rest 60% depends on the GD-PI rounds.

Chances are there for above 60 percentile, it all depends on your GD/PI performance which has 45 percent weightage.

Try to score in excess of 99.8%ile in CAT to get into FMS Delhi.
Do well in the GD/PI/Extempore rounds to further increase your chances.
