At Great Lakes, we do not have formal cut-offs, we try to evaluate candidates in a holistic manner.
We consider the complete profile including academic performance, aptitude score and work experience (if any).
So, while the test scores are important, we emphasize more on selecting well-rounded candidates with a strong
Overall track record.
Please go ahead and apply.

Hi Sneha,
There are colleges which take CAT less than 60% percentile, also as you have work experience of around 3 years, so you may have a chance in any b-school relating to your work in top company.

Don't worry about the things you can't really change. Although, you will be at disadvantage, because of low scores in the past. You can offset it with scoring higher percentile in CAT and get admission in one of the top 10 institutes. All the best.

To pursue MBA, first, you need to score good marks in any one of MBA entrance exams like CAT /XAT/CMAT/SNAP/IIFT/TISS or any other similar exam. After appearing in the exam, you need to fill the college application form in which you want to take admission. Iims directly take your CAT scores and generate a list. There are no explicit application forms for Iims. Based on your score in the entrance exam and your SSC-HSC and graduation score and your work profile, the college will shortlist you for What-PI or GD-PI. Based on your field of interest, you can opt for the programme. PGDM course includes all general subjects in the 1st year and

It is completely dependent on your skills and ability to learn. You should check the pattern and portion of CAT then target one by one from easier to difficult. Once you complete the portion, then give tests and analyze yourself. Read everyday's News paper and be updated. That's what is required.
Best of Luck!

Why to go Distance? If you really wants to do MBA then go for regular course then only you will be able to develop yourself in better way. Go for CAT/MAT exam and do a regular MBA. If you don't have option of doing regular then only choose distance education.
