Shortlist for GD-PI round is based on CAT percentile but minimum criteria should be met to get a call.

To appear for CAT, you need to be a graduate. I would suggest you to complete graduation through correspondence (you can do fast tract Graduation in 2 years), or complete BE to appear for CAT.

You can try in good colleges but the percentile is very less for good colleges as there cutoffs are above 90 percentile.
