I would suggest you to prepare for MH-CET for JBIMS as the college have reservation for Maharashtra domicile students. The cutoff through CAT will be above 99 percentile.

The cut-off is around 99.9 percentile through CAT.

Last year, the CAT cut-off for PGDM and PGDM-IB was 84% and 76% respectively. I hope this gives you an idea where you stand.

A number of companies come to our college for placements and for reference you can check our placements for the year 2015-16 to get the idea of the companies which come, the link for the same is :- http://www.fsm.ac.in/pla_placementstatistics201516.html.Same companies come for both PGDM and PGDM-IB.

CAT exam is held in the last week of November or the first week of December. On the other hand, MAT exam is conducted in the month of February, May, September and December.

Unless you are very desperate and cannot wait for another year, but if you can take CAT again next year, do the same. The colleges that you can expect the admission call will have an average package of 4-5 LPA. Even the roles for which firms will recruit you is going to be very average.
