It's generally advisable to start solving sample papers for Class 12 board exams about 2-3 months before the exams. If your exams are typically held in February or March, you might want to start practicing with sample papers around December or January. This approach allows you to familiarize yourself with the exam format, manage your time effectively, and identify areas where you need more practice.

Additionally, make sure to review your syllabus and focus on important topics while solving these papers. Good luck!

Most of the questions are same, only the order is changed. For example if in one set, one question was numbered 7, then in another set the same question can be number 21 and vice versa. However, 2 or 3 questions may be unique too, and then there may be a few same questions, which are asked in a twisted way. For example, one question in one set, and then there will be another question in another set which will be altered or twisted abit, but the question remains the same, and so does the answer.

  2. Previous year papers can give you an idea of the types of questions asked, but new questions can also appear. It's important to cover the entire syllabus.
  3. Regular practice and revision are crucial. Focus on weak areas and ensure that you understand how to approach different types of problems.

According to the subjects, 2 to 3 hours are given for the exam. 15 minutes of cool off time is given for all the subjects. Students can read the questions carefully during this time.

While practicing only CBSE 12th previous year question papers can help you significantly in clearing the exam, it's not recommended to solely rely on them as a complete study method. You should also learn the syllabus and concepts from the prescribed textbooks to fully understand the topics.
