You can go for Petroleum Engineering at Dibrugarh University. Your rank and board score are sufficient enough to get you a seat in this college. The placement scenario in this college is very good. You will get experienced faculties and college infrastructure is also good.

Yes, 11th & 12th is the basics of everything so try to get through your 11th and 12th syllabus. Not only M.Sc, it is important for most entrances. However, if you had cleared B.Sc. Then it must be obvious that your 11th and 12th is clear if not study the basics. Good luck.
