JBIMS is one of the most prestigious B-school in India and to get admitted into it you will require very high scores. Your other aggregates are fine but the percentile for JBIMS required is 99.99 percentile. Rest depends on the fact that whether you are a category student or a Maharashtra candidate but still you will need 97-98 percentile.

You should apply it now. Then only, you will be eligible to get a chance if there is a vacancy in the course after re-examination/ improvement examination of you 12th board exam.

You are eligible for this course if you have taken Science Stream in Higher Secondary education.If Not Computer - Maths then Bio - maths will also make you eligible for taking Computer for this course.
