One can become a judge after completion of law course and of course appearing for exam conducted for getting into judicial service of the state. You will be appointed as judge and based on your performance you can keep on progressing and become judge on the Supreme Court. There is one more method by which you can become a judge. For this you have to become a practicing advocate in a high court and then become eligible to be appointed as judge in a high court directly from the bar. There are of course different eligibility conditions which you need to fulfill. In the similar fashion one can be appointed as a judge in Supreme Court also provided you meet the set minimum criteria.

If I have understood correctly, you are asking whether after completion of your maritime engineering course is the placement done based on class 10th 12th or Diploma course? No, I don't think so because after the completion of your engineering graduation when you appear for placements interview, the prospective interviewers will give you placement based only on your performance in the graduation or the interview. They normally will overlook your marks of class 10th, 12th or Diploma even if you are being asked to give this information to the incoming placement teams but definitely they would have gone through your data and can ask you some questions relating to these results and if it is bad then you need to have some explanation for this but in general this is not in the consideration of the team. They will invariably go by how you perform in the interview and impress the interviewers.
