Pass in 10+2 is the minimum eligibility for applying.
Selection for the programme will be based on the performance in class XII. After processing the application forms of candidates whose supporting documents are submitted to the office within 3 working days of the declaration of the class XII result (Karnataka PUC/ISC/CBSE).

You can try for Pune university also. The BBA course there has started from this year, fees are very less and hostel fees were also very less there. For more information, go to PUMBA website through Google.
