If you are asking for government scholarship, then there are no scholarships schemes going on now but if you want to get a scholarship in a private college or university, then you can apply in LPU, Amity, Sharda, etc. They all give scholarships for the admissions of the student.

SPL is an intermediate stage to get CPL. It is issued by the flying school after some ground training and an internal exam. It facilitates your flying training to be initiated.
For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires PCM to be a pilot. And, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible. Further, you should be aware that you are medically fit to be a pilot, so I would suggest you to visithttp://www.dgca.nic.in/medical/medical-ind.
