Look, after 12th, you have to do B.Sc. and then M.Sc.
Now, M.Sc. in Economics is a very good course and has a good future too, so you can opt for it.

It depends on the grade of college and course you are looking forward to get into. North campus colleges would require a minimum of 90%. In South campus, the cut-offs are usually lower compared to North campus colleges. You can get the accurate list of DU colleges that you can take admission into on the basis of your XIIth percentage at the following University of Delhi website.

Is it Jadavpur University-JU? Eligibility for B.Arch is -
No Candidate, with less than 50% marks in aggregate, shall be admitted to the architecture course unless he/she has passed an examination at the end of new 10+2 scheme of Senior School Certificate Examination or equivalent with Mathematics as a subject of examinations at the 10+2 level and passed NATA examination. NATA is the entrance exam, one need to attempt.

So, you got compartment or you are pass. Do you need to sit again for exam. Or it is just you got less in Maths and overall result is Pass? Overall score &get;75% is required in PCM to get admission via JEE Main score.
