Dear Ayushi, 70% is a decent score. However for admissions into MBBS programs in UK you must clear the UKCAT exams which is highly competitive. Your admission will depend on your UKCAT score too. Additionally you must take the IELTS.

Please refer to the link provided below for details regarding courses which you can pursue after class 12. If you have chosen commerce with maths, you can option for that particular stream as your stepping stone for a career. Once, you have chosen commerce, you can branch off to your interests.

Eligibility Of the Bachelor of Arts [BA] (Political Science)
For admission to BA in Political Science course, a student must have passed their Intermediate or 10+2 examination in any stream from a recognized board or university with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Certain colleges prefer students who have studied Political Science as a subject in 10+2 and have scored 45% or more in higher secondary school examination.

You should pursue graduation (B.Tech, B.Sc etc.), then you can apply in merchant Navy as an engineer, deck officer etc.

Hi Ashwin, if you have interest in pursuing Science/Engineering further, you better take B.Tech. You can go for MBA just after or even after taking a good Job. Doing BBA will not make you eligible for a good job. If you do BBA, then MBA has to be done. But, if you do B.Tech, it will make you ready for a Job. Besides, B.Tech and MBA is a good combination.
