Hi Pramath, there is no specific stream requirement to take the SAT. First you decide what you want to study beyond 12th and know your aptitude. However, there is a compulsory maths section in SAT, you may prefer taking PCM. But if you are better in PCB and interested to study medical subjects later then there is no point taking PCM. So know what you want and choose accordingly.

Hi Ujjwol,
To study in USA, you must take the SAT or the ACT, it is a standardized test for admissions to US colleges. You must also take the TOEFL to meet the English language requirements. So what you are seeking and what you are doing defines the better.
So, if you wish to take admission in engineering colleges, then you will have to appear for entrance exams like IIT-JEE, AIEEE, UPSEE, MHT-CET, etc.
After qualifying these exams with good ranks, you will get admis
